To advance knowledge through practical experience and applied and theoretical research in healthcare management, and to disseminate this knowledge through publications.
To collaborate with other institutions in India and abroad to expand professional exposure.

Developing the ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve operational issues in healthcare delivery and hospital services
Acquiring the skill to formulate effective strategies for planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of institutional and community-based health and family welfare programs.
Wisdom to apply quantitative and qualitative analytical tools to solve problems related to health and hospital management.
Developing the ability to comprehend economic and societal issues in healthcare delivery management and implementing health/hospital management training methodologies with a focus on strategic responsibility for training and human resource development to meet the growing demands of healthcare delivery.
Expanding the students’ perspective and capability by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the historical, sociological, and cultural context of healthcare management.
Acquiring logistics expertise to efficiently and equitably allocate resources and develop strategies to ensure accessible and high-quality healthcare.
